___7.  Complete appropriate written critical peer reviews of student essay drafts [i.e. Writer's Workshops, Formal Academic Summary & Rhetorical Analysis of another student's essay], including suggestions for revision and editing.

___8.  Complete (formal or informal) reviews of your own writing strengths and weaknesses, including effective self-prescriptions for improvement [e.g. implemented in your Revisions].

___9. You can identify and analyze steps in the processes that you use to complete an essay, including such steps as invention (getting started/getting ideas down on paper), thesis formation, organization, drafting, revising, editing, and proofreading.

___10.  Demonstrate an awareness of a variety of purposes and audiences [e.g., you can identify differences in communication situations, and in the rhetorical strategies used to address different writing purposes and audiences].
