Hi, I'm a English/Education student here at COCC. I'd like to share with you my term project, A comparative study of Kazuo Ishiguro's A Pale View of Hills and Akira Kurosawa's Rhapsody in August, their connections to historical fiction, common themes, and the images/interpretations found in each work. My project includes annotated bibliographies of useful sources that might assist other students or teachers researching these subjects. The purpose of this project is a combination of demonstrating prose writing on the web, website construction, and the analysis of historical fiction. This site is under heavy construction. |
