• Virtual Reference Orbis task force Chair, 2002.  Investigated and submitted extensive report on the need for and desirability of offering virtual reference service through Orbis, a consortium of nineteen Northwestern academic libraries.

L-Net (Oregon Statewide Virtual Reference project/service):

• Oregon Statewide Virtual Reference: organized the hosting and participated in an intensive two-day training for LSSI, the software used in the delivery of a statewide Virtual Reference service, 2003.

Performed an on-site evaluation and submitted a Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) grant report for the Wilsonville Public Library ESL project, 2002.

Prepared for the committee a COCC Library Services report including a detailed analysis of library services, personnel, and finances. As part of this report, conducted a survey on Oregon community college library budgets, 2002-03.

• Team member for the conduct of a campus-wide Usability Study, 2000-01.

• Member of the ad hoc committee for the determination of a COCC campus-wide Acceptable Use Policy for computer and technology use, 1999.
