Oregon Statewide Virtual Reference: organized the hosting and participated in an intensive two-day training for LSSI, the software used in the delivery of a statewide Virtual Reference service, 2003.
Performed an on-site evaluation and submitted a Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) grant report for the Wilsonville Public Library ESL project, 2002.

Was part of the Library Team, a campus committee headed by the COCC Vice president to review present and future library services in light of campus budget cuts. Prepared for the committee a COCC Library Services report including a detailed analysis of library services, personnel, and finances. As part of this report, conducted a survey on Oregon community college library budgets, 2002-03.
Team member for the conduct of a campus-wide Usability Study, 2000-01.
Member of the ad hoc committee for the determination of a COCC campus-wide Acceptable Use Policy for computer and technology use, 1999.

Bend/Lapine School district:
Served the International Baccalaureate (International School of the Cascades) Board, 2006- present.
Advocated for school libraries and librarians for the Bend/LaPine School District through presentations and workshops for teachers and administrators, 2006-2008.
Served on the Bend/LaPine School District Library Study Committee which reviewed the school district’s library media programs and made recommendations to the Bend/Lapine School District Superintendent and School Board, 2003.
