1.  Search The Bend Bulletin (through Newsbank) to find articles on the topic of intelligent design in schools.  Specify your search as a "Lead/First Paragraph" search within the last three years.

2. Use New York Times to get a hold of an article on man's landing on the moon on July 21, 1969.

3. Go to NewsLink and get today's news from Los Angeles Times.

4.  When would you use NewsLink?

5.  Your friend told you about a recent article in the journal Science News about a new drug that helps good cholesterol.  The article was published in December 2010 and was its title started with, "New drug boosts good cholesterol."   Using the e-journal link on the library web page:

a) find out if the journal is available electronically  

b) via what database? 

c) now locate the article itself
