Exercise 12  

1.   Write a citation for the following book:  American work : four centuries of black and white labor by Jacqueline Jones, published in New York by W.W. Norton, in 1998.

2.    Write a citation for the article: “Lines and wrinkles and crow's feet, oh my!” - no author cited.  The article appeared in Newsweek on August 6, 2001, pages 8-9.

3.    Write a citation for an article by Cathy Landmark called “Evolution of mammalian brains".  The article appeared in Bioscience, volume 51, in November 2001.  The article runs from page 992 to page 996.

4.    Write a citation for the article “Some thoughts on divorce reform” by Paul Bohannan and John B. Sewall.  The article appeared in pages 249-263 in the book Current Issues in Marriage, edited by J. Gipson Wells and published in 1998 at New York by the Macmillan Publishing Company.

5.   Write a citation for an article you found in EBSCO Academic Search Elite with the title "There's more inside the tablet" written by John H. Turney.  This single page article was published in The British Medical Journal, volume 320, on July 2000 and is on page 1646.      

6.   Write a citation for the Internet site with the title “The early history of central Nepal” written by Timothy J. Prizker .  There is no date provided.  The address of the site is:
