Here's the correct order of the call numbers.  Again, note that the third and fourth row are read as decimal numbers!

In this example:

The order of first, second, and third call numbers is determined based on the 3rd row of decimal numbers (.6 < .72 < . 8).
The order of third, forth, and fifth call numbers is determined based on their 4th row of decimal numbers (.37 <  .52 <  .7)
