For on line registration, please use the pre-registration form. In order for us to do the proper planning, please send us the form by March 13th. All teams must pre-register. If you would like to register for the math skills contest please fill out this form. We do not require payment to process registration, however, please mail your payment within 5-10 days of registering. Thank you. Please have the students stop by the registration desk to pick up a name tag and program. The T-shirts will be available at that time but will be distributed to students by the faculty advisor. We cannot guarantee exact sizes for each student; however, we have learned from past experience and will have mostly large with a few extra large and medium available. |
