Students who are on your team should be currently enrolled AT YOUR HIGH SCHOOL in a course equivalent to the one in which they are competing or may have completed the course in which they are competing (but no higher math course) and NOT be currently enrolled in a more advanced math course.

We would hope that others of your faculty might want to attend and assist as judges.  Please list those who will help on your registration form.  (Suggestion:  Invite an administrator to come with you!)

There will be a state contest for the top quiz winners to attend.

5.     We would appreciate it if you could ask for firm commitments from your students so that we can minimize the last-minute changes that affect programs, award certificates, name tags, etc.

6.     We would also appreciate it if you would emphasize that the awards assembly is an important part of the contest and that attendance is expected.  If an afternoon athletic event is more important, please consider bringing an alternate student who will make mathematics a priority for the day.

7.     Finally, a brief note from each school to Bend Research, Inc. thanking them for their sponsorship would go a long ways to help express our appreciation for their support of Central Oregon schools.
