Project Guidelines

bulletYour project should be a web, not just a series of disconnected pages. You should have at least three "levels," this means you must have content pages in your web. If you don't yet have actual content, just make it up. Even without real content, the site layout  and navigation should be apparent and complete.

bulletYour project should be non-personal. I don't want a web about you or your family.

bulletYour web should be "professional." Pretend like you have been hired to provide a web for a business and they are paying you a minimum of $50/hour for your efforts.

bulletYour web should use the technologies and techniques that we study this term. (Of course you may also employ technologies we don't study.) This certainly includes using Tables, CSS, possibly Frames, FrontPage tools, and appropriate design, layout, and navigation features.

bulletYou should get feedback as often as you can from friends, family, strangers, me, anyone. Ask others what can be done to improve, improve, improve your web.

bulletYou should ask if you have questions about anything.

bulletIf you can find a non-profit that needs a web built, I strongly encourage this effort.
