Week 2 Assignments

Read chapters 6 and 7, HTML Overview and Formatting Text.

Create the basic folder structure for your web pages during the term. This should
start at the top with a single folder called root, or myweb. Inside this folder create
at least two folders, one named project and another named homework.

Continue to think about your project web site, I want a description of your project
before the end of next week. This will be done as a web page. Use the questions
on page 50 in your book as a basic guide for describing your web project. (Think
about helping a non-profit organization with their web site.)

Homework: Creating basic HTML pages.

	Create a page called me.html. Use the basic HTML tags to create a simple page describing why you wanted to take the CIS125 Web class.
	Create a series of pages demonstrating the various text formatting techniques described in chapter 7. Please label and title your pages appropriately. Don't put too many techniques on each page, use common sense to group the concepts on your demonstration pages.
	Organize all your homework within your folder structure. Make any new folders as necessary. Create links between the pages.
