ATTENDANCE / PARTICIPATION Score
Your Attendance/Participation score won’t show up until the end of the
term. Online students will not receive an Attendance/Participation
score.
When you do finally see your
Attendance/Participation score, and
before you send me hate mail, please consider the following:
Your
Attendance/Participation score is pretty much a gift from me. All
you had to do is...
1)
...show up ON TIME every day.
2)
...NOT LEAVE EARLY.
3)
...NOT LOOK AT YOUR CELL PHONE or LAPTOP during class.
4)
...NOT LEAVE CLASS to talk on the phone or go to the bathroom or
whatever else.
4)
...NOT FALL ASLEEP in class.
If you did all that, then
you probably got a 100 point score. Otherwise, you probably didn’t.
LOWEST SCORE DROPPED
Your lowest score (to date) will show a (d) next to it indicating that
AT THIS POINT it has been dropped. However, if you get a lower
score later, then the new low score will be dropped and the score with a
(d) right now will be re-instated.
QUIA SCORE
The QUIA score reflects the Chapter Activities COMBINED WITH the
Supplement Activities. Unfortunately, QUIA does not allow me to
keep the actual Supplement Activities for more than a few weeks after
the scores are posted. Therefore, if you have questions about your
QUIA score, you need to ask me ASAP or you will have to trust that the
scores that I have recorded are correct.
HOW TO LOG IN
You can view your scores by logging onto WebGrade at:
http://www.eclassinfo.com/index.html
When you are asked for a STUDENT ID, type in your COCC ID number (it
should start with 820...).
Your password will be “carlos”.
