How to get access to your grades via WebGrade

Your grade record, as recorded in my gradebook, is available to you by signing yourself into a password protected site.  The link to the site is at the bottom of the main page for our course, among the administrative tools.

When you follow the link you will be taken to eClassInfo.com and will see a list of my courses.  Find the course you are registered to and click on the link.  You will be prompted to enter your student ID and password.

Your student ID is your 82 number if you are registered for the 200-level course.  Your ID will start with 93 if you are in the 300-level course.  If you added the course after the first two days of class I may still have you listed under some other number.  Also, if you have switched from one course into another you may have your records in the course you were originally enrolled in.

In either case your password is set to be the final six digits of that same number, unless you make other arrangements with me.

Once you have signed in you should see your scores and % scores for anything I have graded and recorded.  The papers in question either have come back to you in class or they are sitting in my handouts box in Ochoco.

What to do if this doesn't work for you?

Don't panic.  Anything that is incorrect in the gradebook can be fixed by me.  I can change passwords by your request, and I can change grades if I make an error when I record things.  If you wish to point out an error in my gradebook write an explanation and turn it in to me with the item in person or in the envelope outside my office door.

If you are listed in the wrong class we need to get your records transferred as soon as possible.  Write me an email or see me in person so that I can get this done.

If you are missing a grade and see no sign of it in the grade record, most likely I just haven't graded it yet. If you see a question mark this means I have begun grading this assignment for people and for some reason I have no grade for you.  You may want to ask me if question marks hang around on your record for more than a week.  The paper may be missing.

Papers without names are posted by me on the bulletin board across the hall from my office.
