Final Project Directions
Final Project Part 1 - Provide the following basic identifying information on your approved World Cinema Final Project film & director:
1.1 English-language Title of Film, and (if applicable)
Foreign-Language Title of Film director's Death date and Death place. 1.9 List Film Director's film-related roles (derived from the director's professional filmography) |

Final Project Part 2 - Provide a key quotation and a film synopsis/overview to introduce your (uninformed) readers to your selected film and its director - and be sure to cite your source/s. You are encouraged, but NOT required, to provide accompanying graphic/s, but remember that graphic/s must also be cited!

Provide a key quotation from the film's dialogue and/or by the film
director that reveals a significant theme of the film or a
significant aspect of the film director's approach to filmmaking--

Final Project Part 3 - Provide an MLA-style Works Cited bibliographical entry for the film itself, accurate filmographical information identifying key personnel who made the film, identify the film's major characters and performers in the film - and be sure to cite your source/s.
3.1 Provide a correctly formatted MLA-style Works Cited
bibliographical entry for the film itself - including for the DVD or
videotape version you viewed. |

Final Project Part 4 - Create a Film Worksheet of Topics/Questions and your Responses to each of your Topics/Questions, to direct others' study of your selected film derived from your research and your own film viewing.

for example responses. In addition, Cora's film
Introduction handouts often include topics particularly relevant
to study of the films, together with responses in the form of
quotations/paraphrases from film commentaries and/or interviews with
the directors. When you draw upon source/s for topics and/or
responses, be sure to cite your sources in text and in your Works
